Circuit Training

I am running adult circuit classes on a Monday night at the Manor school, Melksham from 7pm to 8pm.
(please see bottom of page for dates it's not on, other than these it's every Monday)

Circuit training is a form of body conditioning training, resistance training and high-intensity aerobics.

It is easy to follow and targets strength building as well as muscular endurance and fat loss.

An exercise "circuit" is one completion of all prescribed exercises in the program. When one circuit is complete, we begin the first exercise again for another circuit.

Each ‘exercise station’ will last up to one minute, with fifteen seconds rest before the next one.

Open to both Male and females of all abilities you can work as hard or as little as you want, but be warned,        I will be pushing you!

Don't look in the mirror and wish you had attended, make the decision to start working towards a
'new you'
right now.
It won't happen overnight and will involve some sweat and maybe even tears, but you'll be surprised what you can achieve in just a few weeks if you are willing to put the effort in.

Please bring a towel to wipe away the sweat, a drink to re-hydrate, suitable clothing and non marking footwear.

Come up the steps and through the main white doors, turn immediately left (don't try to go through the double doors in front of you), through the single door (marked 'parents area'), the sports hall is on your right through another single door.

At only £5 a session, please pay me on entering the hall before we start.
Or you can pay for 5 sessions in advance at only £20 (1 session free)
(You must attend 5 continuous sessions for this reduction in price, missed sessions will not be carried forward)

Please see my testimonials here.
