I love a Upper and Abs day 💪 Now this one does require some equipment, if you don’t have dumbbells then household items such as water bottles, wine bottles, tin cans etc will work as well.

🦋 10 x Front Raise, Over head Front Raise
🦋 10 x Bicep Curl, Rotational Curl
🦋 8 x Forward Press, 6 x Rotations
🦋 10 x Renegade Row
🦋 8 x Forward Triceps Extensions
Ab Circuit x 3
🦋 10 x Leg Raise into 2 x Toe Touches
🦋 10 x Straddle Crunches
🦋 20 x Mountain Climbers
Burn Out x 3
🦋 Star Jump x 30 seconds
🦋 High Knee Pull Downs x 20 seconds
🦋 Quick Feet x 10 seconds
