If you choose to engage my services, before I do anything else I will give you a full health assessment, we will then discuss your wants and needs. I will then be able design and deliver an effective individually tailored programme.
I have full use of the gym at TT Fitness Hub where there is state of the art equipment for you to use.
If you don't have the interest in going to a gym or feel intimidated by them, but have a hard time knowing what to do on your own at home, I offer virtual sessions so you can train at home, no need for weights, I will desin a program using your own body as the resistance.
As your Personal Trainer, I will keep you moving towards your own success, while maintaining a positive genuine concern for your exercise progress. By changing your exercise workout as you progress, your personal training programme will remain fresh, new, challenging, and keep your interest.

If you are an absolute beginner, as your personal trainer I am your ultimate fitness coach. I will introduce you to a very simple, effective routine and build efficiently so before you know it, you have the confidence and knowledge to decide what is right for you.
If you are already in pretty decent shape, if you are stuck in the same routine and want to break out of a rut, as your personal trainer I offer the perfect solution. I will jump start, not only your motivation, but your routine as well.
As your personal trainer I will watch your form, monitor your vitals and will provide objective feedback about your limits and strengths. Most of us tend to ignore some of the subtle signals our body provides. We either push through pain or give up too soon. I can watch what you are doing while you are doing it and then help push you or slow you down as necessary.
Even if your goal is to create your own workouts and exercise by yourself, hiring me for a few sessions can be a great benefit for learning the right way to exercise. This is especially true if you want to learn more about the muscles in your body, the exercises that target those muscles and how to do those exercises with great form. Just a few sessions can teach you a lot about your body and how it works.
If you're like me, you tend to slack off on your workouts sometimes, especially when things get tough. I come with built-in motivation. Not only that, as your trainer I provide some accountability, so even when you don't have a session, you know I will be asking if you did your planned workouts. Just knowing that may make it harder to skip your workouts.
If you're training for a sports event, I can also help create a training program and map out a plan for the coming event.
