This technique is used to compliment a sports massage should I think you would benefit from it.
During a sports massage I may suggest this and with your agreement it will be included in the cost of the massage.
Kinesiology Taping (Sports Taping)
Taping can be used to help reduce swelling, increase mobility, and aid recovery. It helps to prevent or treat many common muscle and joint related injuries. Taping provides support and pain relief before, during, and/or after an activity.
