Body Intensity is a form of body conditioning training, resistance training and high-intensity aerobics.
It is easy to follow and targets strength building as well as muscular endurance and fat loss.
Open to both Male and females of all abilities you can work as hard or as little as you want, but be warned, I will be pushing you!
Don't look in the mirror and wish you had attended, make the decision to start working towards a 'new you' right now.
It won't happen overnight and will involve some sweat and maybe even tears, but you'll be surprised what you can achieve in just a few weeks if you are willing to put the effort in.
Please bring a towel to wipe away the sweat, a drink to re-hydrate, suitable clothing and non marking footwear.
Come up the steps in the rear of the carpark and through the doors into the main hall
